Just my thoughts though, i could see why people like it. I find it very interesting when people accuse a band of recording purposefully obtuse music, or accuse a person of purposefully listening to obtuse music, in order to promote some image. It's like they feel like they have to be doing something wierd on the vocals at all times, like constant riffing, but to me it sounds kinda forced at times and is a bit annoying to hear in every song.
